3 Consultation Services

CNS Wellness provides Ayurvedic consultation services (OP) by qualified practitioners. By booking a consultation, you acknowledge that:

• Consultations are provided for general wellness guidance and are not a substitute for emergency medical care or conventional medical treatment.
• Information shared during consultations is confidential and governed by our Privacy Policy.
• Appointments must be booked in advance. Walk-in consultations may be subject to availability.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
• Online/teleconsultation advice is general in nature; in-person examination is recommended for accurate diagnosis.

4 Orders & Payments

When placing an order on the CNS Wellness website, you agree to the following:

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• CNS Wellness reserves the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice. Orders placed before a price change will be honored at the original price.
• We accept payments through credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods available at checkout.
• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS after successful payment.
• In the event of payment failure, please do not attempt the transaction multiple times. Contact us if the amount is debited but no confirmation is received.
• CNS Wellness reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

5 Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India. Shipping timelines and charges will be displayed at checkout based on your location and order value.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, natural events, or public holidays.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the courier/shipping partner.
• If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
• CNS Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

6 Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of health and wellness products, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products.
• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team with your order details and photographs of the issue.
• Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received and verified.
• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment has taken place.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

7 User Account & Responsibilities

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach related to your account.
